Willingers

Cold and windy at Willingers yesterday. I guess it is mid October and we do live in Minnesota. Scores were not good. We played from the blues - which was 6,300 yards.

It was fun - but no one played great.

Good scores

On Wednesday, July 30th, we had some good scores come in. Steve Richardson shot a 69. rich Lyons shot even par 70. Ken Hagan shot a 72.

Jimbo took buck-buck-buck from Steve Kann. I think Steve shot a 93. Not sure what Jimbo shot. I know he had a 45 on the front and very good back - with 21 horserace points. I think Rich had 22 points. So Rich was under par on the back.

Andy's back!

After struggling at Northern Hills last Saturday, Andy Larsen shot an 80 at Soldiers Field on Wednesday. Just missing shooting his age by missing a putt on 18.

Oakie shot a 72 Wednesday. Keith Peterson went the other direction posting a 86. One day at a time buddy!

Eastwood today for round 2.

Tom pars back nine at Northern Hills

Tom Bernstorf parred every hole on the back nine at Northern Hills on Saturday. His team swept. Gerry, Tom, Steve Greseth and Tim Dunlap.

Feat of the week? How about Ken Hagan getting a par on #16 at Soldiers last Wednesday with a lost ball! Lost ball. Back to the tee. Drives the green and makes the putt for a smooth 4. Well done. By the way, Gerry got a skin on that hole with a net two.
